Youth Academy Program

The Youth Academy is designed to promote holistic player development over team development in a child-centered environment during a key developmental window.

Who

Youth Academy is for players aged 9U, 10U, 11U, 12U. For the 2023-2024 season, this means players born in the years 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015.
*Seasons run from August 1 to July 31.

Why

The purpose is to increase player Enjoyment, Development, and Retention.

Player Pool

The Academy players (9U-12U) are placed within their age group into a Player Pool, instead of teams, for training sessions.

Play Dates

An alternative to tournaments to give players developmentally appropriate matchups. Coaches place players onto teams based on their individual abilities.
